Universal Prefix list
The prefixes accepted and recognized by all clans.
If a prefix mentions white, then the cat must have that amount of white to qualify for the prefix. If a prefix does NOT mention white, you can still have up to thirty percent white and be eligible for it, any thing more than that and a patched or bicolor prefix is preferred.
As this is not completely comprehensive players are allowed to contest certain prefixes, just send a pm to staff with the prefix you wish that is not on this list to make a case. The only way it will get accepted and added to the list is if: There is a clear color connotation, and any animal/plant/bird/fish must be present in the UK, preferably Scotland. Also, if there is a prefix that doesn't include a certain color, but you think it fits your cat, you are allowed to contest it as well.
NOTE: Certain prefixes will be more common in certain clans. For example, Firthclan is more likely to use separate shell prefixes (cockle, limpet, etc) while the other clans use simply shell, and Pineclan is more likely to be the only ones to use certain plant prefixes (like mushrooms). Clans will be more likely to use what is most common to them, so keep that in mind when naming.
