Overall Personality • Plumfoot is a no-nonsense cat. They’re very brisk in their outlook, and always like to be on the move, tending to something. If there’s something to be done, then Plumfoot would be more than happy to help. As such, they have very little qualms – as long as they’re helping in some way, they’ll likely do anything for Pineclan. Their loyalty is unwavering. As such, they never back away from a fight without explicitly being told to by a superior, even if the odds are drastically stacked against them. Plumfoot has always idolised the warriors of myth and legend, and this idolisation has led to a slew of rather unhealthy beliefs about war and clan loyalty. As previously mentioned, Plumfoot has no qualms about doing immoral things for the sake of Pineclan.
They are completely happy to sit and chat with other cats if needed, but only if this action does not get in the way of their other duties. But when they are spoken to in such a casual way, they often appear distracted and only half-invested. As such, Plumfoot does not have many friends within the clan. Despite their less-than-average social skills, they are not isolated nor lonely. Plumfoot is happy being the distant yet capable warrior, a label pushed into them early in their warriorhood.
Plumfoot can become easily frustrated when confronted with a difficult situation. Especially reguarding non-combatant cats. Whilst they logically understand the need for these cats in Pineclan society, they will never understand the reasoning behind such a decision. "See, Shellflower's in the nursery because there's nowhere else she can be - the girl's useless. But why have capable warriors stuck in there?" But they don't say this sort of thing out loud. They only think it. In addition to this, Plumfoot has an awful habit of ignoring their basic needs until absolutely necessary.

Overall History •
Kithood
Plumkit had the perfect kithood. They were a healthy and robust kitten, with a soft round body and bright eyes, and they spent all their time being coddled by the nursery queens alongside their sister, Applekit. Their childhood was filled of soft memories of playing with other kits and snuggling into their mother, Gingerface's thick stomach fur. The two kits, born in the midst of Leafbare, had been one of few to survive an awful early-onset bout of illness that had decimated warriors, elders and kittens alike. The two kits' mothers, Gingerface and Fennelheart, had tried to hard for such a long time to have kits. that they'd ended up feeling like there was something wrong with Gingerface's womb. So the two mothers coddled and sheltered their two kittens for as long as they possibly could. War was something that only happened in old tales. Illness was easily defeated. The two kits were happy. Ignorant of the wars that raged outside their camp.
Apprenticehood
That illusion of safety was shattered as soon as Plumkit became Plumpaw. They were apprenticed to senior warrior Nightnose, a no-nonsense cat covered with battle scars and filled with stories of war and violence. He trained the naive apprentice with a firm but effective guidance, with a foreset traditional belief that the best way to learn is through experience. So, for the first few moons of their apprenticehood, Plumpaw was worked to the very edges of their ability, tested in every possible way for cracks of weakness. And then these cracks of weakness were stoppered by hard, tedious work. Nightnose also instilled a 'healthy' competitive streak in Plumpaw as well as a deep mistrust of other clans, especially the 'kittenkillers of Moorclan'.
After a long day of training, Plumpaw would sit down and chat with their sister, Applepaw, about their day. Applepaw had the opposite problems to Plumpaw. She didn't feel stretched enough by her mentor. Of course, she had always been the more ambitious one - when they were kittens, Applekit would sit at the paws of the nursery queens, looking up with wide eyes as they told the tales of old warriors. Meanwhile, Plumkit would go to sleep. So it was no surprise that she envied her sibling for having such a venerable, skilled mentor whilst she had been lodged in with a much less seasoned warrior.
Still, the two cats completed their apprenticehoods without much fuss, and were made warriors. Nightnose, proud of the young warrior that he had made for his clan, was satisfied with his long life and promptly retired.
Warriorhood
The two siblings stayed close through the early moons of their warriorhood. Both were skilled physically, and enjoyed going out on patrols with each other. Appletail's ambitious streak had not receeded, and, encouraged by their sister, Plumfoot had also began to dream of glorious battle. As such, the two young warriors began rto put themselves in harm's way, volunteering and working on tasks certainly not suited for junior warriors such as themselves. When they heard that a battle with Moorclan was imminent, the pair decided to sneak out and join the older warriors in battle.
That was where Appletail was ripped to shreds.
Plumfoot ran from that battle as soon as he saw the older Moorclan tom sink his claws into the the ginger fur of their sister's neck. The image would haunt them for the rest of their life. In an attempt to cope, the young warrior completely threw themselves into their duties as a messenger and patroller, doing anything they possibly could to forget the crimson teardrops on the limp paws of their sister. They were paired up with Honeysong, another young warrior, and formed a romantic relationship with the young, beautiful molly. It was this relationship that helped them get over the untimely demise of their sister.
Now, Plumfoot is the scarred, senior warrior of their kittenhood. They have apprenticed three warriors and whilst one of those warriors was notoriously awful, they feel satisfied and happy with life. Although their bitter hatred of Moorclan and desire to revenge their sister's death is still there, it is quiet now. Dormant, if you will.
